SIG Roofing 'One Warranty' has got your roof covered

SIG Roofing has relaunched its ONE WARRANTY roofing scheme, offering customers a 15-year product warranty on their pitched and flat roofing projects. The new scheme is free to register, includes a wide range of top-quality brands, and results in one warranty certificate that covers the whole package.

The ONE WARRANTY scheme was created to offer a single warranty covering all the major components of the roof. This provides property owners with peace of mind and a straightforward claims process. Additionally, it saves contractors from having to manage multiple product warranties with different terms from various suppliers. It’s a great benefit for local authority housing association schemes too covering from breather to solar.

To qualify for the ONE WARRANTY, customers need to purchase products through a local SIG Roofing branch, making sure to select qualifying products listed on the SIG Roofing website to complete the project. For a pitched roof installation, a product from each mandatory product group, such as batten, breather, and covering tile, must be purchased. After completing the installation, the contractor should fill out an online application form with project and invoice details. The ONE WARRANTY certificate will then be emailed promptly and can be shared with the property owner. If any of the products used or installed at the specified address are proven to have deteriorated due to material defects, SIG will provide replacement products at no charge to the property owner. Additionally, the ONE WARRANTY certificate can be transferred to the new owner of the property if sold, as long as the request is made in writing.
