Lotty Pritchard has been appointed Marketing Director for the SIG UK Roofing business. Her promotion comes after just two years with the company, during which time she has strengthened the team and implemented many successful customer-focused initiatives.
Lotty joined SIG Roofing two years ago as the Head of Marketing. She brings seven years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked at Jewson.
Since joining the business, Lotty has focused on supporting their network of more than 100 SIG Roofing branches and promoting business through various customer-driven creative and fundraising campaigns. The wider SIG UK Roofing businesses, SR Timber and Flex-R have also benefited from this support. In December of last year, she and her team were recognised for these efforts, receiving highly commended status for ‘Marketing Team of the Year’ at the Construction Marketing Awards for 2024. This recognition is one she is particularly proud of, considering that the team had been working together for less than a year.
"I am excited to take on this new position at SIG UK Roofing," Lotty said. "Over the past two years, we have supported teams across the business and tailored customer initiatives to make it easier for roofers to do business with us. We have made significant progress in testing social media strategies, rewarding loyal customers, and ensuring compliance. There is much more planned for 2025."
Chris Lodge, Managing Director of SIG UK Roofing, added: "Lotty’s appointment will further strengthen the marketing team and acknowledge the excellent work done in supporting our customers through continually challenging market conditions. They have developed and deepened customer relationships through implementing price-driven promotions and loyalty initiatives. Beyond these tactical efforts, working to support SKCIN to raise awareness of skin cancer within the roofing community, as well as supporting the Band of Builders — especially in the area of mental health — demonstrates their holistic approach to marketing the SIG UK Roofing business. I wish her every success; she is a pleasure to work with.”
